The school commemorated Science Day on 2nd March 2026, with great enthusiasm and a true scientific spirit. Students actively participated in a variety of activities such as quizzes, charts, models, and projects, displaying creativity, curiosity, and teamwork. Each class was assigned a specific theme to explore and present in a meaningful way.
Students of Std V prepared charts on the themes Save Water and Save Trees, spreading awareness about conserving natural resources. Std VI students showcased their creativity through Best Out of Waste models, demonstrating how everyday materials can be reused to create useful scientific models. Std VII focused on Climate Change, identifying global environmental issues such as global warming, air pollution, deforestation, plastic pollution, water scarcity, and carbon emissions, and presenting possible solutions through informative posters and projects. Meanwhile, Std VIII explored the concept of Renewable Energy, learning about sources such as solar, wind, and hydro energy and highlighting the importance of clean and sustainable energy for the future.
The celebration not only strengthened students’ understanding of scientific concepts but also encouraged them to think responsibly about protecting the environment and using resources wisely.
